Cold pressed pumpkin oil is made by cold straining (mechanically pressing the seed with screw press) pumpkin seeds (70%) and sunflower seeds (30%) grown on our family farm.

Pumpkin oil has special beneficial influence on human health.

It contains proteins, fibers, minerals, unsaturated fat omega-3 and omega-6, vitamins from group B, C and highly rich with vitamin E. It has positive impact on prostate, regulates urination and decreases pain by taking at least one teaspoon a day.

It also lowers cholesterol, improves immune system, affects positive on sight, mood and makes studying and concentration easier.
