Cold pressed sunflower oil is made by cold straining (mechanically pressing the seed with screw press) sunflower seeds grown on our family farm. Oil is pure sunflower without additives or dilution.

Sunflower oil, solely cold press and unrefined, is great source of vitamin E, which has numerous beneficial impacts on cardio vascular health and skin health (it soothes and moisturizes the skin and has strong anti-inflammatory activity). Therefore it’s one of the main ingredients of cosmetic oil emulsion for external use.

Cold pressed sunflower oil doesn’t tolerate higher temperatures so it’s best to use it for seasoning salads or adding it in meals at the end of cooking.
